The Checkered Flag Teambuilding and Training is an in depth formal team training with your goal as the focus.  This is a two-hour class with the CAR Styles™ Communication workbook and your team goal in mind.  Whether your team is at the start of a new goal, half way through and need to be ignited to stay on track or you are at the finish line and want to reward your team for a job well done; this training will do just that.  After the class the participants will compete in the Pit Crew Challenge competition.  This is best for core groups of 100 or less per day.

Pit Crew Challenge Training is the condensed version of teambuilding while participating in the Pit Crew Challenge with the focus on continuous improvement and building excitement within your team.  This is best suited for larger groups of 50-100 per four-hour session.  Multiple cars and sessions can be used to accommodate larger groups.
